Hamilton County's prosecutor says an opportune traffic stop helped break at least part of a criminal scheme that connected the Midwest and China.
In a news release, Prosecutor Joe Deters said that last month, Christopher Grier was stopped on Interstate 74 and found to have 45 credit cards and a small digital scale in his car.
