Five days ago I rescued an American Bulldog. He didn?t have a name and they didn?t know how old he was. A trip to the vet discovered a chronic ear infection, respiratory infection, inflamed gums, swollen glands, and his liver starting to shut down. He refused food and on Wednesday seemed barely able to walk around. After feeding him by hand with prescription food and putting him on some new medications, he started not only eating, but playing. His stools are solid and he?s a whole new dog. Hurley?s still not sure what to think about ?im, though.
